- Troubleshooting issues with your web site.
- Changing textual content, business hours, and prices.
- Replacing photos. Include photo brightening and cropping to fit.
- Adding and removing holidays greetings in white spaces.
- Keeping a back up copy of your current site.
- Web host account management. (Right)
* Maintenance does not include making any changes that affect the basic theme colors, fonts, or the structure and layout as well as the number of pages and page sizes, especially due to adding new materials.
Maintenance does not include resolving compatibility issues with new browsers or new versions of existing browsers.
As an existing maintenance client, you get 20% off from my regular pricing on any non-maintenance items.
Maintenance
Web Host Account Management*
Includes:
• Managing files folders as they related to your web site.
• Creating or activating already purchased email address accounts.
(Exclusions below)
* Web host account management does not include:
• Handling issues with features, upgrades, and purchases, and renewals for your domain or hosting accounts.
• Any issues that normally requires a domain and hosting account owner/buyer to handle.
• Annual renewal of your site domain name and hosting. This is critically important! You must keep track of your domain name and hosting expiration dates.
