Paying for Your Design Services

 

- $200 good faith deposit is requested to initiate a design job. This amount is 100% refundable if you do not find any of my designs suitable for your needs.  Later on, it will be counted towards the down payment discussed below.

 

- 20% (minimum $200) down payment is requested upon your approval of your site’s design styles and layouts.  At this point most of the designing work had been completed. The remaining work should be just filling in the content, photos, and making small adjustments.  This amount is not refundable unless I am unable to finish your web site by the agreed date.  

 

Additionally, if you are unable to provide the needed content for your site after three months from the start date of your site’s design work, I may choose to cancel your project and keep the down payment as compensation.

 

- The balance is due when I place your site online and tested all functions. This portion may be paid in up to 6 monthly interest free installments.
